He is an award winning sales leader with over 17 years in management roles. He has expertise in Sales Training, Sales Enablement and Sales Hiring.  Darrell and his wife Melinda are longtime Fort Wayne residents and have two grown children. Away from work he enjoys Golf, Hockey and Travel.

She is responsible for administrative, accounting and advertising projects - managing work flow and efficiency for the sales training and customer service training teams.

Debbie Wood

Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs. She has a vast array of experience in sales, from fine jewelry and home improvement to high-end gifts and apparel with companies such as May Co., Casio Co. and Home Depot. Debbie has worked extensively in customer service, event planning, and golf pro-shop management.
