These workshops combine Sandler's 7-step sales process with business development principals and techniques. Sandler's sales and leadership strategies enable you to quickly and consistently identify, qualify, develop and close more opportunities while developing long-term business relationships.
About this series
The format is facilitator-led workshops in our Fort Wayne training center, including group discussions and how to apply content to real-world situations. Individual workshops are $50 each or attend the full series for $250.
Tuesday, January 9th: Law of Attraction and Your Business
A progressive workshop geared toward developing a mentality of believing in our own success. Participants will learn the basic principles of the Law of Attraction, how to practice related concepts in their everyday lives, and how to work with the universe to turn hope into reality.
Tuesday, January 23rd: Identity/Role Theory and the Successful Businesswoman
Participants will learn how to identify the roles they take on within their personal and professional lives and contrast them to who they are as a person. What happens if our roles are stripped away? How we see ourselves amounts to more than our actions and the “parts we play.”
Tuesday, February 13th: Negotiating
This workshop equips participants with the skills necessary to get what they want in a way that leaves all parties satisfied. Learn the ins and outs of setting parameters around conversations and expectations to better control the outcome.
Tuesday, February 27th: Conflict Resolution
The root of all conflict is simply mismatched expectations. Attend this workshop to sharpen your communication skills and learn the tools necessary to smoothly work through professional and personal conflict.
Tuesday, March 6th: Budget
Two deeply ingrained rules of life are taught to us at a young age: 1) don’t talk to strangers and 2) don’t ask about money. As salespeople, we talk to strangers about money every day! Attend this workshop to discover how to easily navigate the budget conversation with your prospects and clients – and come out on top every time!
Tuesday, March 20th: Cross-Selling and Up-Selling
Attend this workshop to learn to nurture and grow your existing clients, resulting in continued sales and highly valuable referral networks.
About the trainer
With a Master's Degree focused in Communication from Purdue University, Christie specializes in sales training, leadership effectiveness, communication styles, and team building. Workshops will run from 9:00 am - 10:30 am on:
