Beth leads Sandler Training's organizational development, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, installing effective management information systems and developing systematic processed to streamline operations. She is responsible for administrative, accounting and advertising projects - managing work flow and efficiency for the sales training and customer service training teams.
Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs. She has a vast array of experience in sales, from fine jewelry and home improvement to high-end gifts and apparel with companies such as May Co., Casio Co. and Home Depot. Debbie has worked extensively in customer service, event planning, and golf pro-shop management.
