A long-time resident of Indiana, Jim has spent the last 20 years in successful business development and management roles. Jim has not only worked with an abundance of local companies, but has also had extensive national exposure, working with companies in a variety of market segments across the country.

Kelly Ambriole

With over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner and customer service manager, Kelly employs the Sandler Training methodologies that reinforces the behavior, attitudes and techniques needed to take personal and business success to the next level.

Tim Brown

Tim Brown is an experienced brand building expert and leader, with extensive executive management experience and success in Direct Selling, Retail and Wholesale businesses with premium, well-known brands in many product categories (Clinique, Trifari, Christian Dior, Coach, Swarovski). Over the past 30 years, Tim has grown, turned around or revitalized many of these brands.

Beth Graham

Beth leads Sandler Training's organizational development, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, installing effective management information systems and developing systematic processed to streamline operations. She is responsible for administrative, accounting and advertising projects - managing work flow and efficiency for the sales training and customer service training teams.

Debbie Wood

Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs. She has a vast array of experience in sales, from fine jewelry and home improvement to high-end gifts and apparel with companies such as May Co., Casio Co. and Home Depot. Debbie has worked extensively in customer service, event planning, and golf pro-shop management.
